Depending on the season you stay, the outside
features are just as important to consider as the inside.
With it's full length wide veranda, not only does it offer
protection from the weather, but easy entry and exit to the 5 access points on the upper level.
There are 2 BBQ's (1 four burner & 1 six burner) plus the Wood Fired Pizza Oven as well as a large picnic setting.
New in 2020 A Flaming Coals Smoker has been added.
The outdoor entertaining area as well as the pathway from the upper level are floodlit with an elevated smaller
floodlight that shines into the cooking area on the 6 burner BBQ making the night time a lot easier.
Although the power reliability in the area has improved over the years, the installed back up diesel generator is still there to provide power to the property in the event of a blackout.
The Property has 2 driveways, 1 concrete and the other being gravel to provide traction in the snowy times. There is also no kerb and gutters so boats can be either backed down the driveways, parked across the top or parked across the front yard. Parking options will depend on the size and weight of the boats
